• Account information — name, email, phone, business name, and billing address you provide when you sign up.
• Listing information — equipment details, photos, video, pricing, and location you submit.
• Payment information — processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number; we receive limited billing details and subscription status from Stripe.
• Communications — messages, inquiries, and leads exchanged through the Platform.
• Usage data — pages and listings viewed, and a per-device identifier used to count unique visitors and prevent duplicate view counts.

We use information to:

• Operate the marketplace and publish listings;
• Connect buyers and sellers and deliver leads and messages;
• Process payments, subscriptions, and free trials;
• Send transactional and alert emails (and SMS where you opt in);
• Measure traffic, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve the Platform.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the Platform, with service providers who process it on our behalf, including:

• Stripe — payment processing and subscriptions;
• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage;
• Vercel — application hosting;
• Resend — transactional and alert email delivery.

When you contact a seller or submit a lead, the relevant contact details are shared with that seller so they can respond. We may also disclose information to comply with law or protect our rights and users.

We send transactional emails (such as account, listing, and payment notices) and, where you enable them, alert emails about saved equipment. If you opt in to SMS alerts, message and data rates may apply and you can reply STOP to opt out at any time. You can manage email alert preferences in your account.

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to remember a per-device identifier for unique-visitor counting. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Platform and meet legal obligations. We use industry-standard measures to protect information, but no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may access and update your account information in your settings, and you may request that we correct or delete your personal information by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.

The Platform is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
